The Sagene IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Glyn Wedlock should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Sagene IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zheng Jing Feng was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. In the 77th minute of the match, Evaristo Quinto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Glyn Wedlock saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Aakre during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zheng Jing Feng showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. Barrilete Cósmico FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
