Elmar Loorits's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zinon Anagnostou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏ getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Mădălin Braica hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Elmar Loorits managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kopli's supporters rose to their feet, but Elmar Loorits was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zinon Anagnostou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, FC Kopli's Elmar Loorits sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zinon Anagnostou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏'s Zinon Anagnostou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elmar Loorits in the 28th minute of play. FC Kopli's Joakim Vennerström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save FC Kopli from getting a goal against them. Joakim Vennerström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christos Kostis in the 35th minute. After some careless play in the FC Kopli defense, Harry Kane kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joakim Vennerström. The FC Kopli fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joakim Vennerström should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elmar Loorits was the one to do the kick off.
