The supporters of ToonSoldiers FC booed when FC Internazionale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Brânzaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matei Călin in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mátyás Papp saved ToonSoldiers FC from getting behind. The referee gave FC Internazionale a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Florin Crăciunaș, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ToonSoldiers FC's Mátyás Papp. 0-2. Mátyás Papp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florin Crăciunaș in the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, ToonSoldiers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bülent Erduran came free, but Mátyás Papp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Matei Călin sped through ToonSoldiers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mátyás Papp. 72 minutes into the match, ToonSoldiers FC's goalkeeper Mátyás Papp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florin Crăciunaș. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matei Călin in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mátyás Papp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mátyás Papp was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cornel Popovici showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 74 minute of play. If Cornel Popovici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
