Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piotr Rosiewicz in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benedito Trigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Sagarana Clube's Benedito Trigo got control of the ball when Tansel Nusret tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yu Yang Sang made in the 45th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Éder Madureira. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Tansel Nusret made the kick off in the second half. Piotr Rosiewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedito Trigo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
