Luis Bonet ran back to his position shaking his head. Victorino Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Bonet in the 6th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Luis Bonet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Daustad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. David Cordarius kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Ashraf Hakimi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Luis Bonet scored 0-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victorino Gaufred, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If David Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Bonet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorino Gaufred read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Alberigo Mancini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Bonet in the 42nd minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daustad were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Piratas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Peng Song Ting took the corner. Peng Song Ting made a great header on Daustad's corner, it was just that Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred managed to reach the ball for a save. Daustad's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Peng Song Ting in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Piratas FC's goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Daustad's Luis Bonet in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Piratas FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 55 minutes of play, Daustad's Luis Bonet made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victorino Gaufred was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Bonet in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Gaufred saved Piratas FC from getting behind. 63 minutes into the game, David Aimar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Jo Øverås was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luis Bonet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Teodoro Casomiro in the 68th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Daustad's He Jing. Luis Bonet struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Victorino Gaufred didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Daustad. Victorino Gaufred didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 74th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. 77 minutes into the game, Luis Bonet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Victorino Gaufred. Luis Bonet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Victorino Gaufred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Bonet in the 80th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Casomiro during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teodoro Casomiro hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Luis Bonet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Luis Bonet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Victorino Gaufred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Bonet in the 89th minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Piratas FC! The Daustad supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Daustad would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
