Dani Caceres made in the 25th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Karl-Michael Melander immediately put the ball in play. With a little luck, C.A.M.P's José Miguel got control of the ball when Isaias Matas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute Olavarria FC were awarded a corner. Mauro Kotlar went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Olavarria FC's corner Mauro Kotlar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and José Miguel quite easily take care of the ball. After 32 played minutes C.A.M.P got a freekick which was hit by Benedykt Pyrzyce. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.A.M.P's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mauro Kotlar was slow to take the kick. During this time Olavarria FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Catalino Rivarola heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Isaias Matas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Miguel having to make a save. José Miguel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaias Matas in the 36th minute. Michel Hendrickx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Michael Melander in the 38th minute of the match. Olavarria FC's Thys Lenoir quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dani Caceres, made in the 41st minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benedykt Pyrzyce made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Isaias Matas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olavarria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Matas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Miguel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute, Isaias Matas made a precise shot to the right of José Miguel. C.A.M.P's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. C.A.M.P's Gilberto Romero was substituted for Karl-Michael Melander. C.A.M.P made a substitution. C.A.M.P's José Miguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ervigio Ojeda in the 91st minute of play. Olavarria FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mauro Kotlar in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Gilberto Romero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Michel Hendrickx. Gilberto Romero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
