Areco FC's Gabriel Urtats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandrino Sesimbra in the 10th minute of play. Zeledon Sol kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. If Naim Ünal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gabriel Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandrino Sesimbra in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of ÓKINJÔ FC booed when Areco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Domiku didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Urtats made an important save on a dangerous shot by Naim Ünal in the 54th minute. Gabriel Urtats made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Trond Hagen sent off a good shot on target. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frits Sap prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frits Sap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Cristofor, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Igor Cristofor's late challenge caught a ÓKINJÔ FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Cristofor helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Igor Cristofor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Naim Ünal got free with Gabriel Urtats in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Igor Cristofor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Naim Ünal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Gabriel Urtats when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 92nd minute ÓKINJÔ FC were awarded a corner. Alexandrino Sesimbra went to the cornerflag to take it. Alexandrino Sesimbra made a great header on ÓKINJÔ FC's corner, it was just that Areco FC's Gabriel Urtats managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Areco FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Urtats, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
