A collision led to Vivant getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Larry Hallam hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erwin Jadamowitz in the 7th minute of play forced Vivant's goalkeeper A.J. 关平 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Vivant's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Quique Branca took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Francesco Coscia heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 12 minutes into the match, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalkeeper Liu Xing Qiang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Larry Hallam. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hilário Bento in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liu Xing Qiang saved Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Vivant's Firmin Mendialdura got a free kick in the 16th minute. A.J. 关平 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erwin Jadamowitz's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Larry Hallam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vivant's supporters rose to their feet, but Larry Hallam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Liu Xing Qiang breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Liu Xing Qiang made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Clemente Cisneros sent off a good shot on target. Liu Xing Qiang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larry Hallam in the 27th minute of play. Marin Lipets could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Liu Xing Qiang made a huge save. Liu Xing Qiang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Larry Hallam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Larry Hallam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liu Xing Qiang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Liu Xing Qiang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Cisneros in the 44th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serafim Malta in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck A.J. 关平 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marin Lipets recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Liu Xing Qiang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Larry Hallam in the 61st minute of the match.
