Thierry Emry FC's Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Thierry Emry FC from getting a goal against them. Sofyane Valognes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürhan Ünsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Hamit Koryürek put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Sofyane Valognes. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hamit Koryürek made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karim Cosme in the 54th minute of play forced Thierry Emry FC's goalkeeper Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thierry Emry FC's Anıl Baran Tamkut managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Christophe Reibel in the 83 minute of the game. In the 84th minute, Gürhan Ünsi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sofyane Valognes. The goal made the score 1-7. Şakir Salti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Sofyane Valognes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 92nd play minutes Şakir Salti shot 1-8, a short shot which went by Sofyane Valognes and just under the crossbar into goal. Brian Boullet hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
