After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Nilson Snabl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manly FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nilson Snabl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tymoteusz Mios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 9 minutes of play, KFC Uerdingen 05's Gencer Hisarcık made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Duncan Mcinnes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tymoteusz Mios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mo Salah in the 14th minute of the match. With his leg Tymoteusz Mios managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Manly FC's John Aldridge fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 23rd minute, Lucien Zollt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Manly FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Nowak came free, but Duncan Mcinnes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Simon Bannenbusch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duncan Mcinnes was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Simon Bannenbusch kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Duncan Mcinnes. That made the score 1-2 in the 89 minute of play. After 95 minutes KFC Uerdingen 05's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nilson Snabl who took care of the corner kick. The KFC Uerdingen 05 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
