Garaile Opacio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Bobby York made a huge save. Ice London's Bánk Madaras got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Illera to make the kick off. Bánk Madaras who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Baleren Respaldizar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Baleren Respaldizar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reuben Cook in the 59th minute. Cesareo Vango received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Bobby York tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sol Bailey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ice London walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
