Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Richie Arnold made the kick off which started today's match. Yannik Meersmans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Tomas Landry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dominic Cornelis came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Lopidato FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominic Cornelis couldn't finish the play. Tomas Landry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominic Cornelis in the 12th minute of play. Maximiliano Mundo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Richie Arnold's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. With his leg Maximiliano Mundo managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Astrologer FC's Oren Grady fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 20 minutes into the match, Astrologer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dominic Cornelis came free, but Tomas Landry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oren Grady came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Maximiliano Mundo could save by the left post. Oren Grady could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Maximiliano Mundo made a huge save. In the 32nd minute, Richie Arnold reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maximiliano Mundo. The goal made the score 2-0. Tomas Landry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominic Cornelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Tomas Landry took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renaud Van der Vloedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the game, Lopidato FC's Xander-Paul Kerselaers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomas Landry made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After 46 played minutes Lopidato FC got a freekick which was hit by Demirhan Sağınç. Maximiliano Mundo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oren Grady in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dominic Cornelis was the one to do the kick off. Astrologer FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Scottie Leonard in the 60th minute. Renaud Van der Vloedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Dominic Cornelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Landry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herman De Strijcker, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Dominic Cornelis took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Landry. Tomas Landry dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oren Grady in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximiliano Mundo saved Lopidato FC from getting behind. Lopidato FC made a substitution. Stephen Smidts replaced Dominic Cornelis. Tomas Landry took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stephen Smidts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
