After a rather tough play, U21 Totoras F.C.'s Gerardo Edur got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 5thth minute of the game Gerardo Edur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stjärnblomster's Mark Asplund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Edur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mark Asplund was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Mark Asplund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Edur, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Stjärnblomster were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after U21 Totoras F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Allan Thidén took the corner. After 26 minutes of play, U21 Totoras F.C.'s Sixto Socorro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mark Asplund was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in U21 Totoras F.C.'s zone, Allan Thidén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Germán Burgos came out of the goal and Allan Thidén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mark Asplund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Edur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Jan-Åke Mattsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stjärnblomster's Mark Asplund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Socorro in the 43rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerardo Edur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mark Asplund was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Gerardo Edur capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gerardo Edur really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. When Gerardo Edur came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the U21 Totoras F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Edur couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded U21 Totoras F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Stjärnblomster.
