Anak Dewa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Phillip Glerum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Luisão Marinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Phillip Glerum was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Ulysses Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Alzamendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Linus Resentvig sped through Calopsita EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ulysses Novaes. Linus Resentvig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysses Novaes having to interfere. Saco FC's Phillip Glerum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Saco FC from getting a goal against them. 44 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luisão Marinho came free, but Phillip Glerum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Saco FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Antonio Alzamendi made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Calopsita EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chris Dhaussy was slow to take the kick. During this time Saco FC's players had a chance to rest. Saco FC's Chris Dhaussy was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ulysses Novaes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Calopsita EC's Luisão Marinho got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 61st minute of the match, Linus Resentvig tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ulysses Novaes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 65th minute, Anak Dewa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Linus Resentvig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saco FC's Phillip Glerum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Santos in the 70th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Linus Resentvig kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ulysses Novaes. That made the score 1-3 in the 74 minute of play. Phillip Glerum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Semih Şentürk in the 77th minute of the match. A hard shot 78 in the game by Antonio Alzamendi from a close distance when the talented Ulysses Novaes managed to make a qualified save. Calopsita EC's players were relieved. In the 79th minute of the match Saco FC got a corner. Calopsita EC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chris Dhaussy ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Saco FC's corner Chris Dhaussy fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ulysses Novaes quite easily take care of the ball. In the 84th match minute, Calopsita EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Bertassi to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Alzamendi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ulysses Novaes firmly grabbed it by the left post. Antonio Alzamendi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Ulysses Novaes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
