In the 13thth minute of the game Dário Prada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lidköping's Kristoffer Västerstrand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Mårtensson in the 18th minute of play forced Los Hornos's goalkeeper Silas de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristoffer Västerstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dário Prada in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, Stefan Bogren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silas de Andrade. Stefan Bogren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Charlie Hancock put in a rough tackle. Los Hornos's Claudio Bela was substituted for Ghitã Butuc. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Los Hornos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lidköping:s goal. Silas de Andrade saved Adam Mårtensson's penalty kick. In the 33rd minute, Adam Mårtensson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lidköping fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stefan Bogren to make the kick off. Adam Mårtensson hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After 80 minutes of play, Lidköping's Stefan Bogren made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silas de Andrade was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 84th minute Lucas Staff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Västerstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Los Hornos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Şuteu to maneuver through the defense. Dário Prada's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kristoffer Västerstrand firmly grabbed it by the left post. Silas de Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Bogren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
