Diego Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Remo Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viorel Moldovan in the 34th minute of play. Remo Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabinho Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Viorel Moldovan came free, but Remo Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viorel Moldovan in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Remo Fontes saved Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diego Souza to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Bruno do Valle got a free kick in the 51st minute. FC Hans's Fabinho Tinoco managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bruno do Valle in the 53 minute of the game. The supporters of Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ booed when FC Hans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Riguera didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 played minutes Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Bruno do Valle. FC Hans's Xiao Wei Yan was substituted for Viorel Moldovan. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
