When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Pawel Brożek put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arturo Boruc. After 12 minutes, Matias Oyen made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Gortaty's Arturo Boruc tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Gortaty getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Grzegorz Wodaszak hit a great ball. Janusz Winograd, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Grzegorz Wodaszak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gortaty's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL Ciulos Lamos the free kick. After 17 played minutes Gortaty got a freekick which was hit by Grzegorz Wodaszak. After some careless play in the Gortaty defense, Pawel Brożek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Boruc. The Gortaty fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Boruc should have stopped the shot. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gortaty's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Janusz Winograd was slow to take the kick. During this time EL Ciulos Lamos's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Janusz Winograd almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gortaty's Arturo Boruc did a great save. Arturo Boruc came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by EL Ciulos Lamos's Matias Oyen. But to his dismay, Matias Oyen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Brożek in the 32nd minute of play forced Gortaty's goalkeeper Arturo Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pawel Brożek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Pawel Brożek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arturo Boruc was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Arturo Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Brożek, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. EL Ciulos Lamos's Pawel Brożek got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arturo Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Oyen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pawel Brożek to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Gortaty's goalkeeper Arturo Boruc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pawel Brożek. 52 minutes into the game, Pawel Brożek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arturo Boruc. Pawel Brożek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gortaty's goalkeeper Arturo Boruc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arturo Boruc was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Pawel Brożek capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pawel Brożek really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. In the 59th minute, Matias Oyen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pawel Brożek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Arturo Boruc made a huge save. In the 95th minute EL Ciulos Lamos were awarded a corner. Janusz Winograd went to the cornerflag to take it. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Pawel Brożek put it in 0-11 from a short distance just to the right of Arturo Boruc. EL Ciulos Lamos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
