Jacinto Ayala hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Edgard Herauso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfredo Zubiaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Boniel having to interfere. EL PEPO FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Baudilio Vicente scored to the left of an out of position Ezequiel Boniel, making the score, 1-0. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Alfredo Zubiaga sped through EL PEPO FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ezequiel Boniel. Hades Prímula's Guillermo Albizua shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ezequiel Boniel but with some difficulty. If Camilo Policarpio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
