Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hugo Alcântara started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Cadu Team's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Lluciano came free, but Gelu Lepuș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Lore in the 10th minute of play forced Cadu Team's goalkeeper Gelu Lepuș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Válbson Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cadu Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Válbson Paiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Desiderio Florian in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cadu Team's Renato Barral. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Lluciano in the 20th minute of play forced Cadu Team's goalkeeper Gelu Lepuș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Hermengildo Cordeara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute of the game Desiderio Florian made a throw-in which Leo Lore played forward. 俞锋烽 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Alcântara in the 30th minute of the match. 俞锋烽 made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Válbson Paiva sent off a good shot on target. After 33 played minutes Cadu Team got a freekick which was hit by Renato Barral. 37 minutes into the match, NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's goalkeeper 俞锋烽 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Válbson Paiva. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's 俞锋烽 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save NEWELL´S OLD BOYS from getting a goal against them. When Hermengildo Cordeara came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the NEWELL´S OLD BOYS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermengildo Cordeara couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hermengildo Cordeara was the one to do the kick off. 俞锋烽 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Paiva in the 51st minute of play. 俞锋烽 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válbson Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gelu Lepuș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Lluciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 俞锋烽 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válbson Paiva in the 57th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Hermengildo Cordeara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Lepuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Conrado Lluciano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gelu Lepuș was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cadu Team's Teodoro Lago was substituted for Renato Barral. Gelu Lepuș made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conrado Lluciano in the 70th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermengildo Cordeara in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gelu Lepuș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermengildo Cordeara in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gelu Lepuș saved Cadu Team from getting behind. With a little luck, Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș got control of the ball when Conrado Lluciano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cadu Team's Válbson Paiva got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gelu Lepuș made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Conrado Lluciano sent off a good shot on target. After 85 played minutes Cadu Team got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Lago. When the final whistle sounded NEWELL´S OLD BOYS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cadu Team.
