Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anacleto Dessauer in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filcho Mavrikov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Filcho Mavrikov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Dessauer in the 5th minute of the match. Filcho Mavrikov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peio Raggio's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Ksawery Witkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iliyan Praskov, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. A collision led to FC Bourgas getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Pencho Nikolkov hit a great ball. Alejandro Campbell kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 28th minute Peio Raggio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filcho Mavrikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Bourgas's Filcho Mavrikov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peio Raggio in the 31st minute of play. Filcho Mavrikov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peio Raggio's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. If Rito Encina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anacleto Dessauer took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filcho Mavrikov. Filcho Mavrikov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peio Raggio made a kick off. Filcho Mavrikov made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Peio Raggio sent off a good shot on target. 58 minutes into the match, FC Bourgas's goal looked a bit too open when Guille Aravena came free, but Filcho Mavrikov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peio Raggio in the 65th minute of play forced FC Bourgas's goalkeeper Filcho Mavrikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magallanes's Kadim Sebil was substituted for Elpidio Banda. Magallanes's Juan Mondaca was substituted for Peio Raggio. 74 minutes into the match, Kadim Sebil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filcho Mavrikov. FC Bourgas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kadim Sebil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 88th minute, Kadim Sebil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Magallanes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Filcho Mavrikov came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Magallanes's Kadim Sebil. But to his dismay, Kadim Sebil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The Magallanes players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
