Yorrick Zoethout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Modestio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rondeau's Genaro Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melker Gudmundsson in the 28th minute of play. SV Balverliefd's attack was well implemented in the 31st minute, but when Melker Gudmundsson was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Steven Homan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Genaro Sidro made a huge save. After some careless play in the Rondeau defense, Steven Homan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Genaro Sidro. The Rondeau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Genaro Sidro should have stopped the shot. Steven Homan scored 2-0 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Genaro Sidro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steven Homan got free with Genaro Sidro in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Modestio in the 47th minute of play forced SV Balverliefd's goalkeeper Yorrick Zoethout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

After having played for 54 minutes, Steven Homan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Balverliefd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Steven Homan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SV Balverliefd's zone, Prospero Enaut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yorrick Zoethout came out of the goal and Prospero Enaut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Homan in the 66th minute of play forced Rondeau's goalkeeper Genaro Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Sidro came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by SV Balverliefd's Melker Gudmundsson. But to his dismay, Melker Gudmundsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Rondeau made a substitution. Teodosio Primeiro replaced Basilio Modestio. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Steven Homan during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SV Balverliefd's Steven Homan got a free kick in the 76th minute. After 77 played minutes SV Balverliefd got a freekick which was hit by Steven Homan. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Steven Homan managed to get in a good position for a shot.
