Yorrick Zoethout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fábio Rocha in the 20th minute of play. Yorrick Zoethout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fábio Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yorrick Zoethout came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Luís Fábio Rocha. But to his dismay, Luís Fábio Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 28th minute Melker Gudmundsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Aguilera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the SV Balverliefd defense, Luís Fábio Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yorrick Zoethout. The SV Balverliefd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yorrick Zoethout should have stopped the shot. The supporters of SV Balverliefd booed when Los Hijos de Doña Beija was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Cresitobalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Steven Homan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Balverliefd the free kick. The supporters of SV Balverliefd booed when Los Hijos de Doña Beija was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Yorrick Zoethout. The SV Balverliefd fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Los Hijos de Doña Beija were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
