After a rather tough play, Green Madness's Kevan Machu got a free kick in the 12th minute. A nice corner shot did that Dan Eckegren got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Danny Pasquier quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Valentin Quinto took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danny Pasquier. Danny Pasquier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Grégoire Coulomb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Lopez having to interfere. Ramon Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grégoire Coulomb, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd match minute, Corralito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Espeland to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Green Madness's zone, Valentin Quinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danny Pasquier came out of the goal and Valentin Quinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute, Daryl Mouysset hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daryl Mouysset hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Vincent Delarue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ramon Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vincent Delarue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quentin Charuel got free with Ramon Lopez in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Delarue in the 98th minute of play forced Corralito AFC's goalkeeper Ramon Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Green Madness's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
