The supporters of Emerald booed when Kronan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berke Yasık didn't get a good kick on the ball. 彭树邦 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nils Mikaelsson in the 8th minute. Vilhelm Brander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kronan's zone, Victor Piţurcă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilhelm Brander came out of the goal and Victor Piţurcă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the game, Jonathan Quexal threw the ball into play from the sideline. Emerald's Ferdinand Condrea quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jonathan Quexal got a throw-in 18 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Camille Drame. Ferdinand Condrea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Emerald's Victor Piţurcă in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kronan's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Emerald getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Gabriel Vermeşan hit a great ball. Vilhelm Brander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Piţurcă's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Nils Mikaelsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but 彭树邦 made a huge save. Kronan's Vilhelm Brander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Piţurcă in the 33rd minute of play. Emerald's attentive Gabriel Vermeşan managed to snatch the ball when Jonathan Quexal made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. In the 38th minute, Victor Piţurcă made a precise shot to the right of Vilhelm Brander. Kronan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 41st minute Gabriel Vermeşan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Brander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilhelm Brander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 43rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Magnus Strömbom took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for 彭树邦 to make any attempt to save it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victor Piţurcă to make the kick off. A collision led to Kronan getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Rolf Apelqvist hit a great ball. After 52 minutes, Ioan Logofătu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Emerald and the Kronan players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd minute of the match Bror Lundqvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 彭树邦 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Victor Piţurcă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Vilhelm Brander made a huge save. In the 69thth minute of the game Victor Piţurcă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kronan's Vilhelm Brander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 彭树邦 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Mikaelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Ferdinand Condrea took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilhelm Brander. Kronan made a substitution. John Eliasson replaced Rolf Apelqvist. 81 minutes into the match, Per-Åke Galle notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Emerald's 彭树邦. 彭树邦 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Victor Piţurcă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emerald's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Piţurcă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vilhelm Brander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Piţurcă in the 88th minute of play forced Kronan's goalkeeper Vilhelm Brander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Jaime Carioca in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kronan's Jonathan Quexal. Emerald's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
