The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Teodosio Olo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Teles having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, KINDERUZ's Teodosio Olo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Teles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teodosio Olo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Teles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodosio Olo's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodosio Olo in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Teles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodosio Olo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Paulo Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Teles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodosio Olo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diogo Llorente kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Teodosio Olo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Teles having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Horácio Eiró hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 minutes KINDERUZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Estevão Ponte who took care of the corner kick. The corner led B.Z. F.C.'s Estevão Ponte to fire away a dangerous shot which Isidoro Nóbrega despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After the first half KINDERUZ were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Virgílio Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, B.Z. F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Olo came free, but Paulo Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Besim Yersel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgílio Costa's late challenge caught a KINDERUZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Virgílio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. Virgílio Costa hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Teodosio Olo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Paulo Teles when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 61st minute of the match KINDERUZ got a corner. B.Z. F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nechifor Isbășoiu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Barney Stinson hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute José Guilherme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Virgílio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute Teodosio Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nechifor Isbășoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Paulo Teles made a huge save. 75 minutes into the match, KINDERUZ's goal looked a bit too open when Estevão Ponte came free, but Isidoro Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78thth minute of the game Teodosio Olo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but B.Z. F.C.'s Paulo Teles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teodosio Olo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Paulo Teles skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
