The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Atletico Saladillo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter Nados the free kick. A collision led to Atletico Saladillo FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Lorenzo Aires hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Rodrigo Eguntsenti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erland Sagbakken. That made the score 0-6 in the 59 minute of play. Lorenzo Aires was shown his second yellow card after 62 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Atletico Saladillo FC's Lorenzo Aires got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Jacobo Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Rodrigo Eguntsenti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erland Sagbakken. That made the score 0-7 in the 75 minute of play. If Baldomiro Maraman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
