Jean-Marc Taillefer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melvin Rodde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Jean-Marc Taillefer in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Melvin Rodde, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 10th minute, AC Cristal's Jean-Marc Taillefer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The AC Cristal fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when AC Cristal's Jean-Marc Taillefer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 22nd minute of the match, Greg Lequesne tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Melvin Rodde saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Primitivo Erramu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Elias Bocage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to TİGANAFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Denis Guinard hit a great ball. In the last second Melvin Rodde throw himself and got hold of the ball when Greg Lequesne in the 34thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 35 minutes into the game, AC Cristal's Jean-Marc Taillefer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melvin Rodde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 42 minutes into the match, Jean-Marc Taillefer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Melvin Rodde, 4-0. After 45th play minutes Jean-Marc Taillefer shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Melvin Rodde and just under the crossbar into goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The wind increased when Greg Lequesne made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Greg Lequesne in the 50th minute of play forced TİGANAFC's goalkeeper Melvin Rodde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean-Marc Taillefer succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. Greg Lequesne took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melvin Rodde. Melvin Rodde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 62 minutes into the match, Greg Lequesne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melvin Rodde. TİGANAFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Greg Lequesne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Greg Lequesne might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melvin Rodde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Greg Lequesne ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the TİGANAFC defense, Jean-Marc Taillefer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melvin Rodde. The TİGANAFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melvin Rodde should have stopped the shot. In the 73rdth minute of the game Greg Lequesne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TİGANAFC's Melvin Rodde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. AC Cristal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Robert Bardin in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute, Jean-Marc Taillefer made a precise shot to the right of Melvin Rodde. TİGANAFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. When Albert Albinet fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TİGANAFC's protests and gave Albert Albinet a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, TİGANAFC's Albert Albinet got a free kick in the 79th minute. Melvin Rodde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Greg Lequesne's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 91st minute, Greg Lequesne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, AC Cristal's Jean-Marc Taillefer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melvin Rodde narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Melvin Rodde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Marc Taillefer, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the TİGANAFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AC Cristal.
