EİFFEL FC's Jean-Yves Choisy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léonard Beuve in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Avel Vat booed when EİFFEL FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolphe Hatte didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, EİFFEL FC's goal looked a bit too open when Léonard Beuve came free, but Jean-Yves Choisy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Simon Collinet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Serge Davoine fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EİFFEL FC's protests and gave Serge Davoine a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léonard Beuve in the 23rd minute of play forced EİFFEL FC's goalkeeper Jean-Yves Choisy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes, Aymerick Thellier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Avel Vat and the EİFFEL FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th match minute, Avel Vat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aymerick Thellier to maneuver through the defense. Serge Davoine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Léonard Beuve notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of EİFFEL FC's Jean-Yves Choisy. Jean-Yves Choisy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in EİFFEL FC's zone, Simon Collinet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Yves Choisy came out of the goal and Simon Collinet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the match, Léonard Beuve had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jean-Yves Choisy. EİFFEL FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Léonard Beuve was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Bakary Soula kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of EİFFEL FC booed when Avel Vat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bakary Soula didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jean-Yves Choisy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léonard Beuve in the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Simon Collinet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Yves Choisy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute Rodolphe Hatte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yves Amet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mehdi Tonon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brandon Hamet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jean-Yves Choisy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Léonard Beuve in the 64th minute. Avel Vat's Yves Amet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brandon Hamet in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bakary Soula in the 67th minute of play forced EİFFEL FC's goalkeeper Jean-Yves Choisy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. EİFFEL FC's Mehdi Tonon got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yves Amet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolphe Hatte in the 76th minute of play. Yves Amet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehdi Tonon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Avel Vat's goal looked a bit too open when Mehdi Tonon came free, but Yves Amet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Avel Vat got a freekick which was hit by Bakary Soula. In the 82nd match minute, Avel Vat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Nugues to maneuver through the defense. Jean-Yves Choisy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Collinet, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Jean-Yves Choisy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Léonard Beuve in the 94th minute. The Avel Vat players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
