Tours Football Club were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Avel Vat's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guy Jourdan took the corner. Tours Football Club's Guy Jourdan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yves Amet in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tours Football Club's Arif Çelebi Ergener was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Noureddine Lacan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. Noureddine Lacan hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Yves Amet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guy Jourdan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Arif Çelebi Ergener sped through Avel Vat's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yves Amet. Yves Amet came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Tours Football Club's Arif Çelebi Ergener. But to his dismay, Arif Çelebi Ergener quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arif Çelebi Ergener to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Avel Vat's zone, Arif Çelebi Ergener stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yves Amet came out of the goal and Arif Çelebi Ergener tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salim Pariset made in the 56th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Simon Collinet however managed to control. Bakary Soula charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bakary Soula the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th match minute, Avel Vat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bakary Soula to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Avel Vat's goalkeeper Yves Amet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Faustin Hamet came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Tours Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustin Hamet couldn't finish the play. Tours Football Club's Cyrille Jenny was substituted for Arif Çelebi Ergener. A collision led to Tours Football Club getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ulysse Houssais hit a great ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Faustin Hamet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avel Vat's Yves Amet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yves Amet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyrille Jenny, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 92 minutes of play, Tours Football Club's Faustin Hamet made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After 95 minutes of play, Tours Football Club's Cyrille Jenny made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
