Melvin Rodde was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 30 minutes into the game, Adil Albrecht lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Melvin Rodde. Melvin Rodde stood somewhat misplaced when Adil Albrecht came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 33 minute. After having played for 37 minutes, Serge Vielle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cellule's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serge Vielle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Pierre-Louis Berrier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thibaut Simonet hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adil Albrecht was the one to do the kick off. Cellule's Jean-Charles Sauvaget proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Cellule from getting a goal against them. Melvin Rodde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But to his dismay, Serge Vielle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Melvin Rodde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adil Albrecht's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Cellule's Serge Vielle got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 92 minutes into the game, Cellule's Adil Albrecht nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melvin Rodde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0.
