In the 35th minute, Serge Vielle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yves Amet was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to Cellule getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Flavian Douet hit a great ball. Marco Nugues kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Cellule were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Léonard Beuve to make the kick off. Geoffrey Estienne hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, Cellule's goal looked a bit too open when Bakary Soula came free, but Jean-Charles Sauvaget reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
