After a defensive mix-up in La Scaloneta's zone, Alou Le Maux stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ewan Davin came out of the goal and Alou Le Maux tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre Dole in the 7th minute of play forced EİFFEL FC's goalkeeper Jean-Yves Choisy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to EİFFEL FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rachid Delacourt hit a great ball. Madjid Pauly took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jean-Yves Choisy. Jean-Yves Choisy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. EİFFEL FC's Jean-Yves Choisy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Costes in the 14th minute of play. Jean-Yves Choisy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moussa Queffelec in the 16th minute of the match. Blaise Bacon hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, EİFFEL FC's goal looked a bit too open when Madjid Pauly came free, but Jean-Yves Choisy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Octave Deflandre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jean-Yves Choisy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre Dole, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, EİFFEL FC's Octave Deflandre got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Jean-Yves Choisy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darren Teisseire in the 25th minute of the match. EİFFEL FC's Jean-Yves Choisy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moussa Queffelec in the 28th minute of play. John Costes might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jean-Yves Choisy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John Costes ran back to his position shaking his head. After 34 minutes EİFFEL FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was John Costes who took care of the corner kick. La Scaloneta's John Costes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jean-Yves Choisy in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rodolphe Hatte kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind EİFFEL FC's goalkeeper Jean-Yves Choisy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mehdi Tonon to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolphe Hatte in the 51st minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Ewan Davin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, EİFFEL FC's Blaise Bacon got a free kick in the 56th minute. Jean-Yves Choisy made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Pierre Dole sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th match minute, EİFFEL FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rachid Delacourt to maneuver through the defense. EİFFEL FC's Jean-Yves Choisy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moussa Queffelec in the 61st minute of play. Moussa Gerbault received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ewan Davin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pierre Dole came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the La Scaloneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pierre Dole couldn't finish the play. Octave Deflandre lost his temper 72 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of EİFFEL FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Scaloneta:s goal. In the 77th minute Moussa Queffelec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Yves Choisy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moussa Gerbault recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ewan Davin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehdi Tonon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. EİFFEL FC's Jean-Yves Choisy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save EİFFEL FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of EİFFEL FC booed when La Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darren Teisseire didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. La Scaloneta walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
