Tours Football Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guy Jourdan in the 6th minute. If Faustin Hamet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Arif Çelebi Ergener had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yves Amet. Avel Vat's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arif Çelebi Ergener was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 15th minute, one of Avel Vat:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Avel Vat. In the 21st minute Faustin Hamet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yves Amet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faustin Hamet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yves Amet having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Arif Çelebi Ergener got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arif Çelebi Ergener in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yves Amet saved Avel Vat from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Arif Çelebi Ergener ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yves Amet was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 37th minute Arif Çelebi Ergener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yves Amet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aziz Koehler kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Avel Vat's Noureddine Lacan got a free kick in the 40th minute. The wind increased when Léonard Beuve made the kick off in the second half. Arif Çelebi Ergener's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yves Amet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. After 56 minutes Avel Vat's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guy Jourdan who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Tours Football Club's corner Guy Jourdan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yves Amet quite easily take care of the ball. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Arif Çelebi Ergener took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Yves Amet to make any attempt to save it. Yves Amet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyrille Jenny in the 67th minute of the match. In the 69thth minute of the game Cyrille Jenny who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avel Vat's Yves Amet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yves Amet made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Faustin Hamet sent off a good shot on target. Yves Amet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyrille Jenny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Cyrille Jenny notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Avel Vat's Yves Amet. Yves Amet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yves Amet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyrille Jenny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Faustin Hamet might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yves Amet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Faustin Hamet ran back to his position shaking his head. Cyrille Jenny received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yves Amet came out and tried to block the shot, but Cyrille Jenny slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 81st minute. After having played for 85 minutes, Faustin Hamet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tours Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustin Hamet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyrille Jenny got free with Yves Amet in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Cyrille Jenny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyrille Jenny in the 91st minute of play forced Avel Vat's goalkeeper Yves Amet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tours Football Club's Faustin Hamet got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yves Amet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aziz Koehler in the 95th minute of the match. Tours Football Club played a much better game than Avel Vat and deserved their victory. The Avel Vat players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
