In the 5th minute Ground Control were awarded a corner. Ibrahim Gaudel went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Charlie Wiltord heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Côme Collet in the 11th minute of play forced Ground Control's goalkeeper Fabien Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Eusébio Cosme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ground Control's Fabien Nunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Eusébio Cosme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabien Nunes was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Mans's Arthur Sanna got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mans made a substitution. Faustin Truffaut replaced Teobald Gondek. Roberto Rojelio kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Arthur Sanna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabien Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Erdinç Yalgın managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Ground Control's Anton Karakevych fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mans's Erdinç Yalgın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Rojelio in the 74th minute of play. Mans's Erdinç Yalgın proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Mans from getting a goal against them.
