In the 20thth minute of the game Nichifor Nimass who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Montagnole FC's Danny Arpin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Martial Gobert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danny Arpin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nichifor Nimass in the 29th minute. Girondins4Ever were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Montagnole FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaétan Rémetter took the corner. Nichifor Nimass took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danny Arpin. Danny Arpin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 45 minutes into the game, Nichifor Nimass cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Danny Arpin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 48th minute, Nichifor Nimass made a precise shot to the right of Danny Arpin. Montagnole FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martial Gobert to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Martial Gobert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. John-Paul Marquant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
