Bakary Ramsamy made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Genopole Entreprises's Manuel Couteau. Dilan Bobet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jari Fjalland in the 12th minute of the match. Sylvain Deman charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sylvain Deman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chaponnay FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Sylvain Deman hit a great ball. Jari Fjalland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Dilan Bobet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jari Fjalland took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dilan Bobet. Dilan Bobet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Manuel Couteau kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. A collision led to Chaponnay FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Bakary Ramsamy hit a great ball. Jari Fjalland took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dilan Bobet. Dilan Bobet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Genopole Entreprises's Ramzy Dor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Rannou in the 35th minute of play. Jari Fjalland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

A collision led to Chaponnay FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Arthur Rannou hit a great ball. In the 54th match minute, Chaponnay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Rannou to maneuver through the defense. Basile Pochon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Jari Fjalland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Renaud Houzet came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Chaponnay FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renaud Houzet couldn't finish the play. Jari Fjalland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 68 minutes into the match, Genopole Entreprises's goal looked a bit too open when Renaud Houzet came free, but Ramzy Dor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jari Fjalland might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dilan Bobet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jari Fjalland ran back to his position shaking his head. Renaud Houzet might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ramzy Dor.
