Csongor Kun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th match minute, Chaponnay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevan Brossier to maneuver through the defense. Silvestre Derwin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevan Brossier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Csongor Kun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Reix in the 20th minute of play. Csongor Kun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gösta Sellberg in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Gilbert Reix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Csongor Kun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evan Le Moullec got free with Silvestre Derwin in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute Arthur Rannou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Derwin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Souris in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Csongor Kun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Firman Morientes in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Csongor Kun saved Chaponnay FC from getting behind. Eduart Rrustemi hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chaponnay FC's zone, Albert Harbuz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Csongor Kun came out of the goal and Albert Harbuz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Csongor Kun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Firman Morientes, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Csongor Kun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Reix in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Firman Morientes to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in En Avant Nikko's zone, Arthur Rannou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gösta Sellberg got free with Csongor Kun in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Csongor Kun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firman Morientes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the game, Firman Morientes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Csongor Kun. Firman Morientes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Gösta Sellberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Csongor Kun made a huge save. Csongor Kun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Firman Morientes, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Manuel Souris succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 82nd playminute. Chaponnay FC's Tanguy Caudrelier was substituted for Eduart Rrustemi. Chaponnay FC's Renaud Houzet was substituted for Evan Le Moullec. 95 minutes into the match, En Avant Nikko's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaud Moyon came free, but Silvestre Derwin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
