Spectators: 176 (Terracing: 133, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Song Peng Xi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ignacy Milan made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Song Peng Xi sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Marty Byrde's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raymond Foubert was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Raymond Foubert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Briatte in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Olympique Salonais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Chiquet to maneuver through the defense. Raymond Foubert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marty Byrde, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Raymond Foubert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislas Mazy in the 19th minute of the match. Song Peng Xi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ignacy Milan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Union Sportive Modane got a freekick which was hit by Clément Ducastel. Raymond Foubert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislas Mazy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean-Christophe Grenard hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Marty Byrde, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Olympique Salonais's Raymond Foubert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislas Mazy in the 35th minute of play. Raymond Foubert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislas Mazy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Stanislas Mazy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes, Union Sportive Modane's Marty Byrde shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Raymond Foubert came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Union Sportive Modane reached it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marty Byrde made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Robin Briatte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raymond Foubert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Olympique Salonais's Song Peng Xi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ignacy Milan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 54 played minutes Olympique Salonais got a freekick which was hit by Tang Xi Zhen. A collision led to Olympique Salonais getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Hector Etxepare hit a great ball. Olympique Salonais's Hilario Chale was substituted for Hector Etxepare. 69 minutes into the game, Olympique Salonais's Zheng Liang Song nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignacy Milan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Olympique Salonais's Cheng Feng was substituted for Romain Blet. Olympique Salonais's Eduardo Cossa was substituted for Zheng Liang Song. In the 73rd minute, Tang Xi Zhen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ignacy Milan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tang Xi Zhen in the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Union Sportive Modane's Prosper Labatut got a free kick in the 79th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Song Peng Xi in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignacy Milan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marty Byrde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Raymond Foubert made a huge save. When Song Peng Xi came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Olympique Salonais fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Song Peng Xi couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Union Sportive Modane's goal looked a bit too open when King Elin came free, but Ignacy Milan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Chale in the 89th minute of play forced Union Sportive Modane's goalkeeper Ignacy Milan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Tang Xi Zhen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Song Peng Xi struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Ignacy Milan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olympique Salonais. Olympique Salonais were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Union Sportive Modane for a fine match.
