In the 3rd minute Yuma Roekito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raymond Foubert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raymond Foubert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezar Nișu in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Olympique Salonais's goal looked a bit too open when Guillaume Gamel came free, but Raymond Foubert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raymond Foubert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezar Nișu in the 17th minute of play. Raymond Foubert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezar Nișu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cezar Nișu took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raymond Foubert. Raymond Foubert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Manuel Espagnet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Song Peng Xi in the 20th minute. Manuel Espagnet made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Song Peng Xi sent off a good shot on target. Raymond Foubert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezar Nișu, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Cezar Nișu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lyon Olympique 69's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cezar Nișu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute, Guillaume Gamel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute Yuma Roekito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raymond Foubert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Song Peng Xi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lyon Olympique 69's Manuel Espagnet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by King Elin in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Olympique Salonais's goal looked a bit too open when Yuma Roekito came free, but Raymond Foubert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cezar Nișu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Olympique Salonais's Raymond Foubert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Nișu in the 40th minute of play. Colas Chumacero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Raymond Foubert. Olympique Salonais's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
In the 52nd minute Cezar Nișu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raymond Foubert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yuma Roekito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Foubert having to interfere. Olympique Salonais's Hilario Chale was substituted for Hector Etxepare. Guillaume Gamel made a great header on Lyon Olympique 69's corner, it was just that Olympique Salonais's Raymond Foubert managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 63rd minute, Cezar Nișu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raymond Foubert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezar Nișu in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Olympique Salonais's goal looked a bit too open when Cezar Nișu came free, but Raymond Foubert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Yuma Roekito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Espagnet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hilario Chale's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Manuel Espagnet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Cossa, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute, Cezar Nișu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lyon Olympique 69 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Song Peng Xi in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Espagnet saved Lyon Olympique 69 from getting behind. Olympique Salonais's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jean-Christophe Grenard in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Song Peng Xi notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Lyon Olympique 69's Manuel Espagnet. Manuel Espagnet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Manuel Espagnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Cossa in the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Lyon Olympique 69 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
