Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Song Peng Xi started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Sofiane Fleurant got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Sofiane Fleurant's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raymond Foubert was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sofiane Fleurant in the 6th minute of play forced Olympique Salonais's goalkeeper Raymond Foubert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lambres's Steven Grenard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Lambres from getting a goal against them. Song Peng Xi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steven Grenard having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lambres's Michel Hibon got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute of the match Marc Chiquet shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Steven Grenard showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Raymond Foubert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Auguste Macaigne, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Olympique Salonais's Song Peng Xi in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lambres's goalie prevented a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sofiane Fleurant made a kick off. Steven Grenard came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Olympique Salonais's Song Peng Xi. But to his dismay, Song Peng Xi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 55 minutes into the match, Olympique Salonais's goalkeeper Raymond Foubert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sofiane Fleurant. Michel Hibon hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When Olympique Salonais's Song Peng Xi in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 67th minute, Song Peng Xi made a precise shot to the right of Steven Grenard. Lambres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Sofiane Fleurant could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Raymond Foubert made a huge save. Steven Grenard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Cossa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the game, Michel Hibon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lambres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olympique Salonais the free kick. In the 76th minute, Tang Xi Zhen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olympique Salonais fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 80th minute, Hilario Chale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Steven Grenard was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Steven Grenard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tang Xi Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hilario Chale came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Olympique Salonais fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilario Chale couldn't finish the play. Olympique Salonais were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lambres for a fine match.
