In the 3rd minute Stanislas Mazy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Éluard Coulomb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Éluard Coulomb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislas Mazy in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper Éluard Coulomb had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marty Byrde. In the 12th minute, Union Sportive Modane's Robin Briatte ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Éluard Coulomb. Éluard Coulomb yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Faudel Langlois charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Faudel Langlois the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Faudel Langlois hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Éluard Coulomb didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Union Sportive Modane's Robin Briatte shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 20 minutes into the match, Marty Byrde notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC Saubrigues's Éluard Coulomb. Éluard Coulomb was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Union Sportive Modane fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Union Sportive Modane's Marty Byrde looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 29 minutes into the game, Stanislas Mazy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Éluard Coulomb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd minute, Marty Byrde left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Union Sportive Modane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Adrien Cariou hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Éluard Coulomb came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Union Sportive Modane's Robin Briatte. But to his dismay, Robin Briatte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 42nd minute Stanislas Mazy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Éluard Coulomb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Union Sportive Modane's Robin Briatte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Éluard Coulomb. That made the score 8-0 after 44 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Salomon Buffet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 minutes, Robin Briatte made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Saubrigues's Éluard Coulomb tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislas Mazy in the 53rd minute of play forced FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper Éluard Coulomb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC Saubrigues defense, Marty Byrde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Éluard Coulomb. The FC Saubrigues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Éluard Coulomb should have stopped the shot. Marty Byrde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Éluard Coulomb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Robin Briatte made a precise shot to the right of Éluard Coulomb. FC Saubrigues's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. After 69 minutes, Stanislas Mazy made it 14-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Saubrigues's Éluard Coulomb tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 72nd minute Robin Briatte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Éluard Coulomb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Éluard Coulomb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Briatte in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Union Sportive Modane booed when FC Saubrigues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faudel Langlois didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmond Coiffier was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 76 minutes into the match. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Saubrigues! Éluard Coulomb had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Marty Byrde's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Éluard Coulomb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty Byrde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Saubrigues's Éluard Coulomb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Briatte in the 83rd minute of play. Marty Byrde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Éluard Coulomb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Briatte in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Stanislas Mazy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 16-0. Éluard Coulomb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Union Sportive Modane's Robin Briatte got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Union Sportive Modane fully deserved thier win.
