Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edgard Blaison started the match with the kick off. Rayanne Ros scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vivien Canale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 13 minutes into the match, Perthes United's goalkeeper Jean-Marie Sanquer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Blaison. 14 minutes into the game, Hercule Basque cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Vivien Canale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vivien Canale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rayanne Ros went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Stade Ygossais defense, Rayanne Ros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vivien Canale. The Stade Ygossais fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vivien Canale should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute Rayanne Ros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivien Canale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stade Ygossais's Vivien Canale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hercule Basque in the 26th minute of play. Vivien Canale came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Perthes United's Armand Mondon. But to his dismay, Armand Mondon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. When Rayanne Ros came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Perthes United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rayanne Ros couldn't finish the play. Vivien Canale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rayanne Ros in the 32nd minute of play. Vivien Canale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rayanne Ros, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute Rayanne Ros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivien Canale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Rayanne Ros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vivien Canale was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. 41 minutes into the game, Perthes United's Rayanne Ros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vivien Canale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. A collision led to Stade Ygossais getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Eugène Guiguet hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Bart De Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perthes United's supporters rose to their feet, but Bart De Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vivien Canale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armand Mondon to strike the kick off in the second half. Vivien Canale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrice Lambolez in the 52nd minute. Hercule Basque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Vivien Canale made a huge save. A collision led to Stade Ygossais getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Edgard Blaison hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Perthes United's Hercule Basque slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vivien Canale. That made the score 1-8 after 59 minutes of play. Eugène Guiguet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean-Marie Sanquer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Perthes United's goal looked a bit too open when Eugène Guiguet came free, but Jean-Marie Sanquer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Perthes United's Rayanne Ros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vivien Canale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-9. Vivien Canale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armand Mondon, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 73 minutes into the game, Hercule Basque cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-10. Vivien Canale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Stade Ygossais's Eugène Guiguet got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Rayanne Ros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Stade Ygossais's goalkeeper Vivien Canale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rayanne Ros. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Vivien Canale successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vivien Canale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hercule Basque in the 84th minute. Stade Ygossais's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Rayanne Ros scored to the left of an out of position Vivien Canale, making the score, 1-11. Vivien Canale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armand Mondon in the 88th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Perthes United's zone, Edgard Blaison stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Marie Sanquer came out of the goal and Edgard Blaison tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Perthes United's Armand Mondon in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stade Ygossais's goalie prevented a goal. Marc-Aurèle Hérédia hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Perthes United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
