Spectators: 190 (Terracing: 143, Seating: 44, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Armand Mondon made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute of the match, Abraham Beauval tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jean-Marie Sanquer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jean-Marie Sanquer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Beauval in the 15th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Abraham Beauval rounded Perthes United's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Perthes United's Jean-Marie Sanquer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Perthes United from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Perthes United's zone, Abraham Beauval stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Marie Sanquer came out of the goal and Abraham Beauval tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abraham Beauval recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abraham Beauval took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jean-Marie Sanquer. Jean-Marie Sanquer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Abraham Beauval kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jean-Marie Sanquer. That made the score 3-1 in the 28 minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Abraham Beauval sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jean-Marie Sanquer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jean-Marie Sanquer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Beauval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abraham Beauval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Beauval got free with Jean-Marie Sanquer in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Beauval in the 43rd minute of play forced Perthes United's goalkeeper Jean-Marie Sanquer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute of the match Les Pionniers de Touraine got a corner. Perthes United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Léon Sureau ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Raphaël Lallemand got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jean-Marie Sanquer quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Abraham Beauval made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Abraham Beauval sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jean-Marie Sanquer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Beauval in the 54th minute of play forced Perthes United's goalkeeper Jean-Marie Sanquer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Perthes United defense, Abraham Beauval kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jean-Marie Sanquer. The Perthes United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jean-Marie Sanquer should have stopped the shot. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Tanek Zurawski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armand Mondon in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of Les Pionniers de Touraine booed when Perthes United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrice Lambolez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Les Pionniers de Touraine made a substitution. Désiré Alberto replaced Patryk Kopacz. Les Pionniers de Touraine made a substitution. Hervé Malaise replaced Abraham Beauval. After a rather tough play, Perthes United's Patrice Lambolez got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Perthes United:s Jean-Marie Sanquer showed great skill when he stopped Hervé Malaise:s penalty. Jean-Marie Sanquer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hervé Malaise in the 69th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hervé Malaise in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jean-Marie Sanquer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Hervé Malaise put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jean-Marie Sanquer. Jean-Marie Sanquer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hervé Malaise, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernand Pierrel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. If Hervé Malaise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jean-Marie Sanquer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hervé Malaise, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Rayanne Ros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Tanek Zurawski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hervé Malaise's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean-Marie Sanquer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 99th minute of play. Perthes United's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
