Emanuel Van Geestel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abraham Beauval's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After 20 minutes of play, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Abraham Beauval made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuel Van Geestel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute Abraham Beauval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Van Geestel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26thth minute of the game Abraham Beauval who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but klide13's Emanuel Van Geestel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th match minute, klide13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ştefan Arotăriței to maneuver through the defense. Léon Sureau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emanuel Van Geestel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphaël Lallemand in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32ndth minute of the game Abraham Beauval who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but klide13's Emanuel Van Geestel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Abraham Beauval put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Emanuel Van Geestel. Tanek Zurawski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Fanström, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 45 played minutes klide13 got a freekick which was hit by Valeri Hubavenski. After the first half Les Pionniers de Touraine were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kevin Fanström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Abraham Beauval had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Van Geestel. klide13's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abraham Beauval was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Les Pionniers de Touraine's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luís Paulo Matorin was slow to take the kick. During this time klide13's players had a chance to rest. klide13's Luís Paulo Matorin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tanek Zurawski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Emanuel Van Geestel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abraham Beauval went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. In the 70th minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Hervé Malaise dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. klide13 made a substitution. The Les Pionniers de Touraine fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Les Pionniers de Touraine's Raphaël Lallemand looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Les Pionniers de Touraine's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Léon Sureau in the 81st minute. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Big Burne was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emanuel Van Geestel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Les Pionniers de Touraine would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
