After a defensive mix-up in jouy FC's zone, Edgard Blaison stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sébastien Deswarte came out of the goal and Edgard Blaison tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute, Raoul Lafontaine ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vivien Canale was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 24th minute Jordy Penot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivien Canale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Edgard Blaison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stade Ygossais's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Blaison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sébastien Deswarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgard Blaison in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sébastien Deswarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 32 minutes jouy FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marc-Aurèle Hérédia who took care of the corner kick. jouy FC's Sébastien Deswarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Blaison in the 37th minute of play.
