Perthes United:s Jean-Marie Sanquer showed great skill when he stopped Charles-Henri Bartoli:s penalty. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Perthes United's goalie and right to Yvan Machu. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Perthes United's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Patrice Lambolez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hercule Basque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Bianco Di Camillo made a huge save. Rayanne Ross short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Bianco Di Camillo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 14th minute of the match Perthes United got a corner. Erzurum25's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Patrice Lambolez ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Simon Santa María had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bianco Di Camillo made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Hercule Basque sent off a good shot on target. After 23 minutes of play, Perthes United's Hercule Basque made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bianco Di Camillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Simon Santa María blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jean-Marie Sanquer having to make a save. Jean-Marie Sanquer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dariusz Czerniak's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Perthes United's Hercule Basque slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bianco Di Camillo. That made the score 2-0 after 28 minutes of play. If Dariusz Czerniak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the game, Rayanne Ros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Bianco Di Camillo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jean-Marie Sanquer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Santa María, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bianco Di Camillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rayanne Ros in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Perthes United's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Czerniak came free, but Jean-Marie Sanquer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hercule Basque struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Bianco Di Camillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perthes United. Bianco Di Camillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hercule Basque in the 45th minute. Hercule Basque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Bianco Di Camillo made a huge save. If Dariusz Czerniak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Simon Santa María to make the kick off. Jean-Marie Sanquer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Czerniak in the 51st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Santa María got free with Jean-Marie Sanquer in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Perthes United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Simon Santa María scored to the left of an out of position Jean-Marie Sanquer, making the score, 3-1. After 58 minutes of play, Perthes United's Rayanne Ros made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bianco Di Camillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Rayanne Ros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Simon Santa María dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jean-Marie Sanquer, 4-3. When Hercule Basque fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perthes United's protests and gave Hercule Basque a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Perthes United getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Hercule Basque hit a great ball. Armand Mondon hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Perthes United's zone, Dariusz Czerniak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Marie Sanquer came out of the goal and Dariusz Czerniak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bianco Di Camillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hercule Basque, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute Perthes United were awarded a corner. Patrice Lambolez went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Erzurum25's Ernest Chevreuil got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 84 minutes, Armand Mondon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perthes United and the Erzurum25 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Perthes United getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Armand Mondon hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Charles-Henri Bartoli sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Perthes United's Jean-Marie Sanquer didn't even have to move. Simon Santa María's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Jean-Marie Sanquer skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dariusz Czerniak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jean-Marie Sanquer came out and tried to block the shot, but Dariusz Czerniak slotted it home off the left post making it 4-4 in the 90th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Erzurum25's goal looked a bit too open when Hercule Basque came free, but Bianco Di Camillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Simon Santa María shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Marie Sanquer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
