In the 7th minute, Rémi Lys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Tobias Siggman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tobias Siggman got free with Nelson Cloarec in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Melvin Passemard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davy Giacomoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tobias Siggman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thibaut Bernadet. After 23 minutes of play, corsaire nantais's Tobias Siggman made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelson Cloarec was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of corsaire nantais booed when Formation Pure Lyonnaise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascal Collon didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mamadou Clermont in the 32nd minute of play forced Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Thibaut Bernadet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, corsaire nantais's Nelson Cloarec threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Thibaut Bernadet, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 39 minutes into the game, corsaire nantais's Tobias Siggman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelson Cloarec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Nelson Cloarec made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Tobias Siggman sent off a good shot on target. If Tobias Siggman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The wind increased when Thibaut Bernadet made the kick off in the second half. Tobias Siggman might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nelson Cloarec. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tobias Siggman ran back to his position shaking his head. Thibaut Bernadet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Nelson Cloarec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tobias Siggman might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nelson Cloarec. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tobias Siggman ran back to his position shaking his head. Nelson Cloarec came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by corsaire nantais's Tobias Siggman. But to his dismay, Tobias Siggman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 71 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Siggman came free, but Nelson Cloarec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nelson Cloarec didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tobias Siggman went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute, Yves Fuchs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nelson Cloarec was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. After a defensive mix-up in Formation Pure Lyonnaise's zone, Tobias Siggman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nelson Cloarec came out of the goal and Tobias Siggman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the game, Tobias Siggman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Nelson Cloarec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the match, Yves Fuchs notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec. Nelson Cloarec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. corsaire nantais had played much better football throughout.
