Hamza Le Forestier kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Rémi Lys made in the 6th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gaspard Letourneux however managed to control. If Jules Spinelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nelson Cloarec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jules Spinelli in the 8th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Jules Spinelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Les 3 Quilles FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jules Spinelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelson Cloarec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jules Spinelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nelson Cloarec. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jules Spinelli ran back to his position shaking his head. Nelson Cloarec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jules Spinelli in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14thth minute of the game Jules Spinelli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nelson Cloarec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rick Grimes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Jules Spinelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Les 3 Quilles FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some careless play in the Formation Pure Lyonnaise defense, Jules Spinelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelson Cloarec. The Formation Pure Lyonnaise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelson Cloarec should have stopped the shot. Nelson Cloarec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jules Spinelli in the 24th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Rick Grimes came free, but Nelson Cloarec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Jules Spinelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Les 3 Quilles FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jules Spinelli in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Jules Spinelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Nelson Cloarec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute Rick Grimes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Cloarec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jules Spinelli in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick Grimes in the 46th minute of play forced Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Bruce Campbell made a precise shot to the right of Nelson Cloarec. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jules Spinelli was the one to do the kick off. Mohamed-Ali Duparc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Jules Spinelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nelson Cloarec. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jules Spinelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. The supporters of Les 3 Quilles FC booed when Formation Pure Lyonnaise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspard Letourneux didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Les 3 Quilles FC's Rick Grimes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. Nelson Cloarec made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Rick Grimes sent off a good shot on target. Jules Spinelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Les 3 Quilles FC's Enzo Martino was substituted for Özcan Sulasi. Les 3 Quilles FC's Éric Contreras was substituted for Aílton Zonta. Les 3 Quilles FC's Jules Spinelli got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jules Spinelli in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nelson Cloarec, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nelson Cloarec was a little too slow when Mei Jing Liang got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-10. In the 89th minute, Jules Spinelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jules Spinelli in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nelson Cloarec saved Formation Pure Lyonnaise from getting behind. When the match was over Les 3 Quilles FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Formation Pure Lyonnaise throughout the match.
