Salome were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Le Stade Briochin UC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Valentin Coco took the corner. The corner ended in Valentin Coco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Le Stade Briochin UC's Lev Yashin did a great save. Salome's John Becker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitri Nedellec in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Salome's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitri Nedellec came free, but John Becker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brice Fayol in the 21st minute of the match. Ange Lochet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but John Becker made a huge save. After 25 minutes Salome's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Farid Verrecchia who took care of the corner kick. In the 27th match minute, Salome was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Coco to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Tabor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but John Becker made a huge save. John Becker was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jaime Tabor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. Lev Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Patard, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Abdel Macaigne kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Le Stade Briochin UC's Farid Verrecchia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Salome. After a rather tough play, Salome's Mike Bigot got a free kick in the 40th minute. After some careless play in the Salome defense, Nolan Roux kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Becker. The Salome fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Becker should have stopped the shot. After 46 minutes, Hugo Patard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salome and the Le Stade Briochin UC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Salome was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Patard to maneuver through the defense. Le Stade Briochin UC made a substitution. Renan Leveau replaced Malik Courtine. John Becker made a fantastic save in the 49th minute, when Jaime Tabor sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

John Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ange Lochet in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brice Fayol in the 59th minute of play forced Le Stade Briochin UC's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Becker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitri Nedellec in the 61st minute of play. Salome's John Becker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ange Lochet in the 63rd minute of play. John Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nolan Roux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Nolan Roux left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Le Stade Briochin UC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Le Stade Briochin UC's Reinaud Arnoets was substituted for Jaime Tabor. In the 73rd match minute, Le Stade Briochin UC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clovis Janvier to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Hugo Patard sped through Le Stade Briochin UC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lev Yashin. Clovis Janvier scored 4-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of John Becker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The throw-in from Pierre-Louis Eudeline in the 83rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Salome's Jean-Marc Sirieix. John Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clovis Janvier in the 88th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Le Stade Briochin UC got a freekick which was hit by Dimitri Nedellec. When Le Stade Briochin UC's Reinaud Arnoets in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Salome's goalie prevented a goal. John Becker came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Le Stade Briochin UC's Clovis Janvier. But to his dismay, Clovis Janvier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. When the referee ended the match the Le Stade Briochin UC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
