The supporters of Le Stade Briochin UC booed when Saint Côme de Fresné was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jérémy Le Boucher didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute of the match Farid Verrecchia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Noël Péret showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Le Stade Briochin UC's Ange Lochet, in the 12th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Le Stade Briochin UC. 14 minutes into the match, Dimitri Nedellec had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Noël Péret. Saint Côme de Fresné's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dimitri Nedellec was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Lev Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrice Sénéchal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lev Yashin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrice Sénéchal in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ange Lochet in the 24th minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Noël Péret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noël Péret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nolan Roux in the 25th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Tabor in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noël Péret saved Saint Côme de Fresné from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goal looked a bit too open when Nolan Roux came free, but Noël Péret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 minutes, Nolan Roux made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Saint Côme de Fresné's Noël Péret tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Ange Lochet notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Saint Côme de Fresné's Noël Péret. Noël Péret was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Le Stade Briochin UC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Farid Verrecchia hit a great ball. Noël Péret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Tabor in the 44th minute of play. Noël Péret came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Le Stade Briochin UC's Ange Lochet. But to his dismay, Ange Lochet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nolan Roux to strike the kick off in the second half. Saint Côme de Fresné's Noël Péret proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Saint Côme de Fresné from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goal looked a bit too open when Ange Lochet came free, but Noël Péret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Dimitri Nedellec dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Noël Péret, 0-6. Le Stade Briochin UC's Reinaud Arnoets was substituted for Jaime Tabor. Ange Lochet struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Noël Péret didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Le Stade Briochin UC. Saint Côme de Fresné's Noël Péret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitri Nedellec in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Reinaud Arnoets left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Le Stade Briochin UC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Noël Péret made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Clovis Janvier sent off a good shot on target. Noël Péret made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reinaud Arnoets in the 80th minute. Noël Péret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaud Arnoets in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Noël Péret had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clovis Janvier. In the 92nd minute, Reinaud Arnoets made a precise shot to the right of Noël Péret. Saint Côme de Fresné's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Reinaud Arnoets took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noël Péret. Noël Péret dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9.
